IT Career Counselling for Freshers, Non-IT Professionals and IT Professionals
Career counselling plays an important role in releasing the true perspective of the student. Most of the candidates or students are confused about the career choice. Out of many options available, some follow the suggestions given by friends and relatives, some go searching online.
After all research some students pursue advanced studies like MCA, MBA, ME. Some privileged students travel to foreign countries to pursue higher studies. Some of students look for better job perspective. Some of students after degree realize they do not have better skills after degree to compete in the market, so they look forward for training.
Most of the students coming to Learn Well Techncraft are looking for their first job or if they are working professional they seek more paying job in other technology. MOst of the candidates either working professionals or freshers are always confused about which technology is going to have more jobs in the future. This is where we have been helping candidates find the right match.
There are generally 4 types of candidates we cater to:
- Freshers,
- Professionals Working in Non-IT Companies like in Mechanical, Civil, Finance, Commerce, etc.,
- Candidates with a gap in career for various reasons,
- Professionals working in IT and wishing to upgrade.
Each one of the above has a different set of confusion.

- Another confusion with a fresher if he wishes to look for a job is whether should he go to IT or pursue a job in his core field like Mechanical, Civil, Electronics, etc.,
- A fresher, if he decides to get into IT, is concerned about which IT technology to opt for.
Non-IT professionals have different sets of concerns like:
- Will I be able to totally shift from Non-IT to IT,
- Is it worth getting into IT,
- Will I be able to survive as I do not have any IT background.
Candidates having gaps are concerned about:
- How will I be able to fill my gap?
- Which field should I opt for?
- Is it possible for me to after so much gap.
Professionals in IT are confused about:
- Which technology will be better for me to upgrade,
- Which field will help me get more paying job.

Every technology is not good for everyone. Some candidates are good with programming, some are good with Databases, some are better with networking. It is not easy to choose from many good options available currently. IT is evolving fast and with that comes many new technologies. It is of course very confusing, so selecting the best one specially you are not aware of in depth of those options.
